Christine has a successful record as an executive and leader, bringing over 20 years of industry specific experience to the Seldox team. She has led high-performing teams at start-ups and mid-sized companies, including most recently serving as the chief operations officer at VitalPath, a private company that finds complex solutions for medical device partners. During her career, she has successfully launched global operations, implemented sales operations, revised new product introduction plan through value mapping and owned profit/loss of $100M.

Doug Bliss

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Bliss is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience driving operational efficiencies and growth. Currently, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Seldox®, leading operational and manufacturing initiatives. Previously, Mr. Bliss served as the Chief Operating Officer of SelenBio, Inc. (acquired by Seldox®) where his primary focus was on corporate restructuring and organizational turnaround. Prior to SelenBio, Mr. Bliss was part of a family office investment group where he held various fractional leadership positions supporting portfolio companies – specifically in the innovative technology and healthcare end markets. Mr. Bliss's key industry experiences span across defense, enterprise and government technology, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality.

Shelby Sticksel

VP of Commercialization

Shelby Sticksel is currently the VP of Commercialization at SELDOX, where she focuses on material integrations and go-to-market strategies across various industries. She is a seasoned startup strategist with deep expertise in driving go-to-market strategies for disruptive technologies. As the Co-Founder of Clearfork Consulting Group (formerly The Sticksel Group), Shelby has dedicated her career to supporting start-ups and growth-stage businesses, particularly those generating $0-$35M in annual revenue. Her consulting firm specializes in bringing operational maturity and scalability to emerging companies by refining internal processes and procedures. With a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), program management, technology implementation, back-office operations, and strategic business planning, Shelby empowers organizations to build strong foundations for sustained growth. Her hands-on approach and results-driven mindset make her an invaluable partner for businesses navigating the complexities of scaling in dynamic markets.

Kris Cabas

Head of Business Development

Kristopher J. Sabas is an accomplished sales and business development executive with extensive experience in the medical device and healthcare sectors. Most recently serving as the Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts & International at Electromed, INC, he has a proven track record of accelerating business growth through innovative strategies and effective market engagement. Kris excels in building mutually beneficial partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and driving sustainable revenue growth. With a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota, he combines ethical leadership with innovative (and often out of the box) strategies to achieve outstanding results in a competitive landscape.
